In memory of Diana Wynne, who lived here, and loved this place, for two decades until June 2007.

When Diana moved here, the farmhouse, empty for years, had fallen into a sad state of disrepair. Diana’s energy and determination, her hard work and the inspired improvements she oversaw have subsequently transformed Headland Warren from dilapidation into the warm and welcoming place it is today.

Diana’s presence filled the house and farm with her spirit of determination and grit in the face of many obstacles. Headland Warren stands today as a tribute to all those years of dedication by Diana to her spiritual home.

She will always be here.
